I am qualified in Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology and am also a qualified Baby Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage. I am a full member and hold insurance through the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists.
Since qualifying for Aromatherapy in 1994 and Reflexology in 1998, I have gained considerable experience in helping many of my customers with various disorders including stress, anxiety, depression, IBS, backache, insomnia to name just a few. I also have a particular interest in helping people with weight loss which I have done successfully through my Slimming Support Groups.
My Reflexology and Aromatherapy practice is in Cinderford, and at a Natural Therapy Clinic in Coleford which is within easy reach of Gloucester, Lydney and Ross on Wye in the Forest of Dean (details of which can be obtained in the Reflexology section).
