Sonia is qualified in Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, and Baby Massage with the International Association of Infant Massage. She is a member and holds insurance through the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists.
Since qualifying for Aromatherapy in 1994 and Reflexology in 1998, Sonia has gained considerable experience in helping many customers with various health issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, IBS, backache, insomnia to name a few.
